Refund Policy

 

Direct 3DPro offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your 3D printer to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your printer must be unused, in the original condition received, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@direct3dpro.com. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the printer is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized printers, sale items, consumables, opened filament, or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange a printer, first complete the return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned printer, confirming whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@direct3dpro.com.
